Service is not very helpful. I had tune up done and am not very happy with the results. Think i will travel elsewhere next time.

This place is GREAT! They're a relatively small shop so they don't have an enormous selection, but pack a good selection of bikes and accessories onto the walls and even ceilings! They have a decent mix of mountain bikes, mostly Gary Fishers, with a few cool 29er's, hard to find around here. They also have some mid-range road bikes too. they mostly seem to cater to the bike path crowd, with a lot of hybrids and comfort bikes - probably due to their location. Overall the staff are super cool and extremely knowledgeable. theyve taken care of my bikes for years and have some of the lowest labor rates around. I think I paid $55 bucks for my last tune up!

They are always helpful when I go there, usually for repairs, flat tires, newbie type questions. and the prices for the things I need seem reasonable.

Im not too sure of what Silis had ran into when he/she went there, but i have got nothing but friendly and helpful advice from them. They may not carry the highest end items but they had a good selection for my needs.

I would like to throw up a middle finger salute to the sales people for their ego and attitudes. The sales guy at this location has a serious problem except the kid in the back that works on the bikes.
