why would you put a shop here of all places, be closed during the week for a day, and then have a poor selection as well as staff on had. what a joke and a waste of my time.

What GirlBiker had to say was actually not good, but to contradict her, we are usually full handed. the man working on the bike is our master mechanic and he is backed up to wazoo for bike repairs, he rarely helps customers. the gentle man on the cell phone was busy with our distributors and sales reps from the compnaies we deal with. Stuff happens and people are busy, our sales rep was not in yet, but customers need to realize that workers are busy and cannot confront them all the time. So if you need help and nobody has asked you yet, then ask them, it is not that hard.

Removed your rating. You are obviously from the shop and rating your own shop is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Here's an idea then: HAVE SALES REPS ON YOUR FLOOR DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Like, duh? Don't try turn it around on customers who get testy waiting on service because your sales reps can't bother to show up on time or your shop isn't smart enough to schedule them to be there when the shop is open.

I'm glad I checked here before wasting my time and money on this shop.

Today I walked into this shop (in my hometown) after biking 10 miles to take a look at their stock of hybrids. I came in, helmet in hand, went directly to the bikes and walked around the store and no one even said hello to me. No other people were in the store at the time either. One guy was in the back working on a bike and the other guy was on an obvious personal call on his cell phone. I walked the perimeter of the shop again looking at the bikes, and still nothing. Walked out and will not buy another thing there at all. I was hoping to support my local shop with my next purchase, but its just not going to happen!
