I've tried many of the shops in the Western Suburbs, from Berwyn to DeKalb, and I have settled on Dan's as my favorite for service work.

Dan's staff, especially Nick, really work with you to get the reparis done fast and within budget. From a simple pre-season tune-up to a major overhaul, Dan's has always taken care of me, even hunting down hard-to-find parts to keep my 20-year-old MTB on the road.

Great shop!

My wife and I have relied on Dan's for years. We gave my son a 34 year old Schwinn 3 speed (when they were still manufactured in Chicago!) to use around campus--figured it wouldn't be thief bait. Dan's bike shop fixed the gears, installed a new generator head and tail light, lubed, and even polished the chrome fenders--all for about $70. It looked like new!
