I PURCHASED MY FIRST RECUMBENT FROM OTTO. A SUN EZ SPORT CX, RED/GREY. I JUST HAPPENED TO STOP IN AND SPEAK W/HIM ABOUT MY INTEREST IN THIS BIKE. HE INFORMED MY THAT HE DOES NOT NORMALLY STOCK RECUMBENTS BUT HE MATCHED THE LOWEST PRICE I WAS QUOTED. I PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AT MY REQUEST, NOT HIS, THE ORDERED WAS PLACED. I WAS RIDING IN 3 DAYS FLAT...

I have been coming to Ottos over 20 years, he knows his stuff, and probally one of the most honest people I have ever met. It's really nice being able to bring a bike there and say do what needs to be done, and you know he won't do extra stuff just for the money. Even went out of his way to find me a short Carbon seat post for my bike, which he didn't have to do, for a great price. When I suggest the place to friends, I know they will never come back and complain to me.

Otto is one of the most knowledgeable shop owners I have met in a long time. He knows just about everything when it comes to road bikes and has given my cycle the best tune up it has have ever had. I recommend all my fellow riders to him (Road and Mountain). He was also the only shop that had a seat post clamp in my size that was not quick release – exactly what I was looking for.
