Made the mistake of not checking that they had handed me the size inner tubes I asked for. Wish I had. Now I get to drive (not ride) for an hour and a half to get what I asked for in exchange.

Gave me the wrong size a second time, with the assurance that "Oh, this will fit!" Fortunately, I checked with a certified master bike technician I know. He said the new tubes were too small. Returned them and won't be back.

These guys didn't have what I needed,but, took the time to look it up in the QBP catalog...and tell me where to look...(their competition)!
truely in the spirit of brotherhood (or sisterhood as the case may be)
