Knowledgeable, friendly staff that offers great service is what you will find at this store. They have a great selection of bicycles; something for everyone! I have been a customer for over 10 years and have bought several bikes from them; all of which I have been very happy with. Would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new bicycle or accessories.

I had cracks in my bontrager rims that were a result of manufactures defect. D.G trek said the warranty expired and I would need new ones for about $900.00. Went to another trek store and they talked to their rep from trek and got 2 new bontrager race X lite rims and charged $30 to put on the tires. Trek of D.G could have done the same thing but they wanted the sale more than helping the consumer. I hate this store.

  I'm sorry this happened. We in no way have ever trained or encourage just selling things for the sake of making money.

I bought (2) bikes there last summer and at that time they were fine. I took one of the bikes back last month for their (1) yr free check up and I was greated like I was subpar. They sprayed some chain lube on my MTB and sent me on my way. I'll try another store next time.

  Trek DG offers a WINTER service program and most of our bikes. But many people come in the spring to get this work done at which time we are overwhelming busy. It may not look like we do much on a checkup but all it is is a check up. We offer this not on an annual basis but as an anytime basis for the entire first year of ownership. If a person does not ride the bike enough there may be actually nothing to fix except lube the chain and air the tires.
  If you were treated badly that is unexcused and we apologize. We do appreciate the feedback so we can do a better job.

Took a while for them to notice I was looking at bikes, & prices are higher than others. you'll find same bikes elsewhere at about $20-$50 lower, & they won't negioate

  Our policy is not to pounce on people the second they walk in the door. Unfortunately when we are busy we lose site of a customer and delay our service. As far as prices we are usually somewhere in the middle and all pricing is designed to be fair and profitable. In order stay in business we need to be profitable. We do not negotiate because we believe it creates a setting of unfairness to others and the inconsistencies between sales staff. Also not noted is some of our prices are higher than a few stores but we offer with our price a Lifetime check up policy.

This shop tries very hard to not be intimidating or elitist. Greg Nesypor (owner) is smart and helpful. I have never seen these guys or gals not be willing to help anyone who walks in. If you have a difficult time here, you are probably the cause. Great shop, bike prices are reasonable, accessory prices are on the high side. However, you will get service on even the smallest item.

this shop has very good service. The repair time and help is great. Also I like the wide variety of tools and parts that are there.
